All bid items are open for DBE participation, including but not limited to the following: Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Channelizer, Portable CMS, Temp Railing, Temp Crash Cushion, Job Site Management, Prepare WPCP, Temp Drainage Inlet Protection, Temp Fiber Rolls, silt fence and gravel bag berm, clearing and grubbing, remove yellow thermoplastic stripe, roadside clearing, packet fertilizer, plant (group a), plant establishment work, wood mulch, check and test irrigation facilities, remove irrigation facility, control & neutral conductors, remote control valve, riser sprinkler assembly, ¾" plastic pipe, 1-1/4" plastic pipe, 1-1/2" plastic pipe, 2" plastic pipe, 2-1/2" plastic pipe, 10" corrugated high density polyethylene pipe, rolled erosion control, rock slope protection, 3' chain link gate, pavement marker, reset roadside sign, relocate roadside sign, post sleeve, vegetation control, 6" thermoplastic stripe, maintain existing traffic management

Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador's insurance and labor requirements and in compliance with Caltrans Standards and Special Provisions. Assistance available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services. Please contact our office at 951-674-7352 for any questions. Subcontractors are required to be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), as required by Public contract code section 1725.5. Please include your Contractors License #, DIR # with expiration date and copy of your certification with your proposal. Beador is a Union Contractor and we require Union Subcontractors. Subcontractors will be required to meet Beador' insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Beador. Beador will reimburse for bond premium not to exceed 1% of subcontract. Per current state regulations, please provide a current DIR number and expiration date with your quote as well as your license number and expiration.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents.
