Is seeking qualified DVBEs

Arana Group Inc. plans to bid on the "Roy Cloud School Modernization and Barrier Removal" located in Redwood City, California. We are General Contractors requesting bid proposals from DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for all trades.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

The Project consists of: Upgrading flooring in select toilet rooms, systems & technology in buildings, A, B, C, D, E, F to support 21st century learning and accessibility standards, and expanding cold food storage within the kitchen of the Multi-Use Building F. This project also includes upgrades to security fencing and camera system.

Estimated Construction Value is $2,300,000.00

We will be accepting BIDS on April 29th 2020 (Bid Date is on April 30th at 2:00 PM)

GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS & NOTES:

In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.
