Construction of a single story wood framed classroom building and associated
site and utility improvements.
1. Phase 1: Demolition of one relocatable classroom building, concrete flatwork, landscaping and utilities as indicated on the drawings. Construction of new classroom building, concrete flatwork and utilities as indicated on the drawings.
a. Work of this phase shall commence June 10, 2020 and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy by November 30, 2020.
2. Phase 2: Perform the remaining Work. The remaining Work shall be substantially complete by February 28, 2021.
Sub Bonds may be required. Please provide bonding rate on your proposal.
