Is seeking qualified DVBEs

Arana Group Inc. plans to bid on the "Ohlone Community College District Renovate Building 5" located in Fremont, California. We are General Contractors requesting bid proposals from DVBE certified subcontractors and suppliers for all trades.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

This project will include renovation of approximately 14,300 square feet of interior space located in Building 5 at level 2 (kitchen, server and cafeteria) and level 3 (student space). The renovation will include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural and minor civil.


GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS & NOTES:

In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.

**Note: This Project is a Prevailing Wage Project.
