The W02110.DC project involves the construction of street improvements along the following street:

Road 10E MP 6.2-8.2

The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required by the Contract Documents to make each item complete. Work includes, but is not limited to:
Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
Construct drainage system including culverts.
Construct light weight fill walls.
Construct retaining walls.
Construct roadway improvements including Aggregate base, HMAC and wearing surfaces.
Perform right-of-way development including seeding.

Subcontractor and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: quality control testing subcontractor; flagging/traffic control subcontractor; surveying subcontractor; demolition subcontractor; site clean up subcontractor; contaminated soil remediation subcontracting; concrete supplier; cast-in-place subcontractor; concrete boring subcontractor; saw cutting subcontractor; signage subcontractor; fill & backfill subcontractor; excavation subcontractor; erosion control subcontractor; asphalt paving subcontractor; paving stone unit paving subcontractor; aggregate supplier; curbs, gutters and sidewalks subcontractor; pavement marking/striping subcontractor; fencing subcontractor; irrigation subcontractor; landscaping subcontractor; underground utilities subcontractor; trucking (dump trucks) subcontractor; dechlorination/chlorination subcontractor; and shoring subcontractor.

D/M/W/ESB Aspirational Goal: 20% (up to 5% for suppliers)

D/M/WBE Utilization Goal: 14%

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to D/M/W/ESB subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
