This is a JV-E-J Electric Installation Co. Scope of Work: D/C of the Rutgers Tube to achieve a state of good repair, provide long-term resiliency measures .The Work also includes the construction of signal and track. Work using the prescriptive Specifications and Drawings prepared by MTAC&D.
