Arana Group Inc. plans to bid on the "Balboa High School CTE Cast Academy - SFUSD Project Number: 12160" located in San Francisco, CA. We are General Contractors requesting bid proposals from DVBE certified subcontractors and suppliers for all trades.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
The Project is generally described as: General renovation of existing Art and Darkroom Classrooms into Digital Art Classrooms located at the 2nd Floor of Building -D, including ADA and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades. Work shall also include, but not necessarily limited to, selective demolition, wall, floor and ceiling finish upgrades, interior metal stud wall framing, drywall, painting, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, additional electrical power and data for computers and classroom equipment, plumbing fixtures and plumbing upgrades, and hazardous materials abatement.

GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS & NOTES:
In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.

**Note: This Project is a Prevailing Wage Project.
