SCOPE: General school modernization & reconstruction incl. ADA access, seismic upgrades, fire/life/safety upgrades, including Install of int. housing utilities, coordination of IH delivery & install, new asphalt landings at IH ramps & final connection of MEP at Int. Housing bungalows. Multiple phases of hazmat abatement, demo of int. finishes & MEP systems; restroom upgrades, New: framing, doors & hdwr, windows, finishes, MEP fire alarm, low voltage, clock/PA, ext. paint, & misc. site improvements.

PLA & Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See GCs 00 72 00 Article 11 for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline is 7 days prior to bid / MEP&FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid / Site Visits 3/10 or 3/17 @ 2:30PM - Not Mand. for Subs / See Special Conditions 00 73 00 for Phasing, Milestones, Duration - 496 CDs from NTP of 4/29/20 & Liquidated Damages per Phase.
