Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.

Project Summary per the Drawings: The scope of this project consists of the selective modernization of restrooms (building 5) and heating and ventilation (HV) systems. The work will include electrical distribution, fire alarm improvements, underground utilities (Buildings 1, 2, 3) and exterior improvements.
