We are seeking firms that provide architectural, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil engineering, landscape architectural, and commissioning (Cx) services.

Scope of work: Consultant shall provide architecture and associated services for planning, programming, design and construction administration for the proposed Central Region Behavioral Health Hub in support of the Project Management Division, Department of General Services. Key will be demonstrated experience in psychiatric in-patient and out-patient facilities, psychiatric health facilities (PHFs), crisis stabilization, and OSHPD coordination and permitting.
