We are requesting bub bids for, sawcutting and demolition, earthwork & paving, Material suppliers, trucking, SWPPP Development & Maintenace, traffic control, underground, electrical, striping,

The work shall include, but not be limited to, demolition, grading, sawcutting of existing pavement and concrete, construction of new ADA compliant ramps, construction of new city standard curb and gutter, pedestrian refuge, sidewalk, new drive approaches, HMA paving, striping and pavement marking modification, replace traffic loops, and repair landscape and irrigation in kind as shown on the Plans, or specified herein, including clean-up.

The Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Contract goal is 13%.

This Project is being funded by State Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STBGP) and will be subject to all applicable Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations and Federal Labor Compliance Requirements.

THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE "BUY AMERICA" PROVISIONS OF THE SURFACE TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1982 AS AMENDED BY THE INTERMODAL SURFACE TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCY ACT OF 1991.

Main Street, Visalia, CA 93292, and copies of said documents may be obtained at said office upon payment of Forty dollars ($40.00) for each set (non-refundable).
