Project description:
Rehab of a 24-Unit residential building built in 1927 located in Oakland, CA. The project scope includes new replacement windows, brick veneer stabilization, plumbing infrastructure upgrades, minor accessibility upgrade and general cosmetic upgrades to some of the units.
Labor requirements:
BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. Davis Bacon and CA Prevailing Wage rate and Alameda County Measure A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Program and City of Oakland S/LBE goals apply.
