General work description: Removal and replacement of existing wire mesh with barbed wire fencing in accordance with Caltrans Standard Plans A86-A86A, C & D including installation of gates, bracing, etc.

The work shall be completed within 30 working days. The estimated cost of the work is $413,000. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10 am Monday, March 16, 2020 at City Hall's front conference room. The meeting will be followed by a site tour.
