We are seeking bids for the following packages: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Underground Utilities, Grading & Paving, Concrete and Landscaping.
Description of the work:
The HVAC Upgrades and Roofing Replacement project includes: demolition and replacement of approximately 40,000 square feet of roofing; demolition of existing rooftop HVAC and controls; installation of all new HVAC and EMS controls; fire alarm upgrades.
The Frontage Improvements project includes: demolition of existing frontage; new exterior improvements, including a new parking lot, playground & courtyard, site lighting, landscaping, and associated accessibility upgrades. Scope also includes accessibility upgrades to (4) restrooms and (1) drinking fountain.
