DBE SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIER BIDS/ PROPOSALS AND/ OR QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED
LA SkyRail™ Express (LASRE) is looking for DBE certified firms that provide design/engineering and related professional services for the Pre-Development (PDA) phase(s) of the Project. Please submit bids/submit bids/proposals and/or qualifications for the following scopes (but not limited to):
(Architectural / Station Design, Civil / Street Improvements, Cost Estimating, Drainage / Storm water, Environmental Site Assessments, Financial, Geotechnical, Highway / Roadway, Landscaping, Maintenance Facilities Mechanical, Power / Substations, Project / Document Controls, Public Outreach Support, Right-of-way, Structures, Supplemental Surveys, Systems / Communications, Traffic / TMP, Utility Coordination).
DBE Goals for this project are:
30 % of the PDA Phase 1 Payment Amount
25 % of the PDA Phase 2 Payment Amount
23.50 % of the PDA Phase 3 Payment Amount
24.94 % of the PDA Phase 4 Payment Amount
