BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors for the Condon Park Accessibility & Connectivity Project Project.

The project consists of the installation of concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter and accessible ramps, hot mix asphalt installation and modifications, keystone retaining walls and painted traffic markings.

The project area is located at Condon Park and Minnie Park, Grass Valley, California.

Plans, specifications and proposal forms for bidding this project can be obtained directly from the City of Grass Valley, Engineering Division, 125 E. Main Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945, Telephone (530) 274-4373. A nonrefundable fee of forty dollars ($35.00) per bid set will be charged if picked up, or fifty ($40.00) per bid set if mailed. Alternatively, bidders may download an electronic copy of the bid set free of charge from the City's website at http://www.cityofgrassvalley.com/departments/engineering/rfpsrfqs-and-current-bids
