Gonsalves & Stronck Construction Company Inc. is requesting subcontractor bids from DVBE certified subcontractors for the following trades:
Earthwork, Landscape, Rebar, Concrete, Demolition, Masonry, Steel, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Sheetmetal, HM Frames & Doors, Overhead Doors, Plaster, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Acoustical, Glass & Glazing, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical
We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office. Payment and/or Performance Bonds may be required from a G&S approved surety. G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
