Description of Project: The Work to be performed under this Task Order consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 4,974 LF (0.94 miles) of defective sewer mains 1,359 LF (0.26 miles) of defective sewer laterals, and thirty-five (35) manholes located in the Seneca Creek Basin, Montgomery County, Maryland. "Davis-Bacon" Wage Rates Apply

Project Details: Work includes but not limited to Sanitary Sewer Replacement, Open Cut Sewer Point Repairs, Replace Sewer House Connection, Furnish/Install Sewer Cleanouts, Chemical Grout Sealing, CCTV and Cleaning Sewer, Tap Trimming, Manhole Locating, Furnish New Manhole and Manhole Rehab, Cementitious Reconstruction of Sewer Manholes, Spray-on Epoxy Liner Manhole, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway, Montgomery County Roads Restoration, MOT and Truck Rentals, Landscaping, Seed and Sod Grassing, Pruning and Tree Removal, Grinding Stump and Surface Roots, Gravel-Trench Backfill, Borrow Material-Trench Backfill, Traffic Control.
