Wickman Development and Construction is Seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Marshall Elementary School Exterior Stairs Project located at 1575 15th Street, San Francisco, CA. Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All subcontractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work. Plans available at San Francisco Builders Exchange or can be send via email if requested. Bid due to Wickman Development and Construction by Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM (Always 4 hours prior to bid submittal).

WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
A. Project consists of installation of additional concrete stairways and platform to comply with dedicated 2nd floor exiting for kindergarten to second grade classrooms at Marshall Elementary School.

B. The Work consists of installation of additional exterior egress stair.
1. The Work includes but is not limited to: additional egress exterior stairway, and fire/Life-Safety upgrades, that include, but not limited to: selective demolition, excavation, concrete footings and paving, pre-cast concrete stair treads, metal fabrications and railings, metal doors and frames, glazing, cement plaster, painting and window shades.
2. The Work also includes hazardous material abatement as described and specified in Appendix A of the Contract Documents.

The estimated construction value of the work is $500,000.00.
