BMY Construction Group Inc. is requesting subcontractor bids from DVBE certified subcontractors for the following trades: Demolition, Earthwork, Asphalt Concrete, Portland Cement Concrete, landscaping and irrigation, Fencing, termite control, Underground Utilities, Striping, Surveying, and Electrical.
BMY Construction Group Inc. is requesting subcontractor bids from pre-qualified certified district subcontractors C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses and subcontractors not required to be certified, including DVBE certified subcontractors for the following work including but not limited to relocation of one existing relocatable building P3, onsite improvements including, amphitheater, parking lot, and campus entry with related offsite work.

Subcontractor Bond Requirements: 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required on any bid. BMY will reimburse bond premium up to a maximum of 2%. Subcontractors submitting bids are required to execute a BMY subcontract agreement upon award. A copy of our subcontract agreement is available for review at BMY's office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Plans and specifications can be viewed at our office or on our online plan room.
