Proposals are invited for Contract No. T100.510, which involves improvements to three piers and repairs to the fender system for Structure No. N2.01 at Newark Bay Bridge. Work includes installation of temporary cofferdams, dewatering, column jacketing, removal, storage and reinstallation of granite masonry, repairs to the fender system - replacing missing components and hardware items, replace detached bracings, repair missing shear blocks, supplying & installing aluminum access ladder, replacing FRP walkway planks, reattach walkway railings, maintenance and protection of traffic measures; and other incidental work at Newark Bay Bridge, Hudson County, New Jersey.


All proposals must include: Bid Item Numbers; Addenda's, Copy of NJ SAVI SBE Certificate*, Copy of NJ Public Works Contractor Registration, Copy of NJ Business Registration Certificate

*All NJ SAVI SBE certificates must be current at bid time and remain current for the duration of the project.

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
