K.G. Walters Construction is seeking qualified certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Douglas County Lake Tahoe Sewer Authority (DCLTSA) CMAR Aeration Basin Concrete Rehabilitation. Project is located in Zephyr Cove, NV. Quotes requested include but aren't limited to the following scopes of work: , demolition/concrete cutting, rebar, crack injection, painting and coatings, ready mix concrete, miscellaneous metals, building materials, pipe and appurtenances.

Sealed bids will be received at the DLTSA office, 1 Sewer Plant Road Zephyr Cove, NV 89448

Standard payment terms are 95% progress payments, 5% retention unless other terms are provided for in prime contract and bonds are provided at no cost to contractor. Subcontractors, suppliers and vendors shall apply the same affirmative steps for DBE participation as required in the specifications to be responsive.

Prequalifications due 10 days prior to bid date for subcontractors performing greater than 1% of total contract cost.

Subcontractors must possess a valid contractors license and current insurance meeting K.G. Walters requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign the standard K.G. Walters Construction subcontract agreement.

This project is being funded through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program (SRF) . In accordance with with Executive Order 12549 contractors, subcontractors, material and service suppliers (including engineers) whose contract is expected to equal or exceed $25,000 must have a DUNS number and be registered in the US Government System for Award Management (SAM). SRF requires the implementation of the American Iron and Steel Act.

Quotations must be valid for 120 days after specified award date by owner.
