Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Bessie Carmichael MS Green Schoolyard and GI Grant Project located at 824 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work. Plans available at San Francisco Builders Exchange or can be send via email if requested. Bid due to Wickman Development and Construction by 02/13/2020 at 11:00 AM (Always 4 hours prior to bid submittal).

The Project is generally described as a combination of two scopes of work related to green schoolyard improvements: Bid Package A comprises general green schoolyard improvements while Bid Package B, funded by a SFPUC grant, covers green infrastructure work related to the construction of on-site stormwater management facilities.
Altogether the work includes, but is not limited to, hazardous material abatement, demolition of asphalt; carpentry, concrete work, construction of bio-retention facilities, installation of new site furnishings, soil importation for new planting areas, irrigation and drainage work; and color coating and linework on asphalt surfaces. The Estimated construction value of the work is $525,000.
