Burdick Excavating CO INC is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DVBE and DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to the following: Concrete; Concrete Subcontractors; Construction Material Suppliers; Construction Staking; Erosion Control - Temp BMP's; Fabric; Fill Materials; Aggregate Materials; Traffic Control signage; Trucking; Asphalt Pavement; Electrician. The work to be performed includes the demolition of existing improvements and construction of a new Class A trail adjacent to Al Tahoe Blvd from US-50 to Johnson Rd. This work area includes the addition of lighting and ADA accessibility improvements to the adjacent driveways

We will require that all participating companies possess a current contractor's license, carry Workers Compensation & Liability Insurance, (see specifications for exact insurance requirements and verbiage).
All bids submitted must include license numbers, license limit, DIR #, DBE certification information.

Bid Documents (as defined in the Contract Documents), but not including the California Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and Plans, are available for download to each prospective bidder at the City of South Lake Tahoe website, Purchasing Department webpage. These Bid Documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge by visiting the above website. A hard copy of the Bid Documents will be available for viewing at the Department of Engineering at the City of South Lake Tahoe Public Works office at 1740 D Street, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM.
