We are seeking small LOCAL business enterprises for project management, site preparation and demolitions, grading, trucking, off-haul screened soil and off haul and dispose of class 1 non RCRA Hazardous materials, concrete work, electric work, erosion control, SWPPP, Under ground utilities, testing and videotaping of storm drain system , surveying, traffic control, landscaping, metal fencing, chain link fence, site furnishing, base rock, gravel mulches, heavy equipment rentals, hydroseeding, plants all the shrubs, perennials and trees, all the irrigation materials, top soil, fertilizer, mulch, 3 months plants maintenance, all the local business certified contractors and suppliers we needed.
