This Advertisement is in response to LACMTA's DBE program. Landmark Research Group LLC "LRG" intends to conduct itself in "good faith" with DBE firms regarding participation in this project. The RFIQ document is available for download at www.metro.net.
LRG is seeking DBE firms experienced in appraising improvements for eminent domain purposes in California. All DBE firms must be certified by the bid/proposal due date and must provide our office with a copy of your DBE certification to include with the bid/proposal so that all responses can be fairly evaluated.
