Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs

Piazza Construction is seeking the use of DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: water pollution control plan, class 2 aggregate base, rebar, concrete, pumps, electrical and controls, and bolted steel tanks.
American Iron and Steel Requirements apply to this project as described in Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, on an occurrence basis, with a minimum limit of not less than ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage for any one occurrence and a ($2,000,000) annual project aggregate, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
