Location: Dublin, CA Owner: Dublin Unified School District

SCOPE: Construction on an occupied campus of a new 1-story steel frame MP Building A, and 1-story wood frame classroom buildings B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J & K. Site work including grading, UG utilities, landscaping, fencing, gates & trash enclosure.
No PLA, but Prevailing Wage IS Required / Retention TBD / See General Conditions Article 11 for Insurance Requirements to include in your bid / RFI Deadline is 12/5/19 by 2PM to Owner / MEP&FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid /
Bldg. A - 366 CD Duration - Est. Start 12/19/19 - All other new Buildings except "A" complete by 7/21/20

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project

PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WEEKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
