Blackburn Consulting is requesting qualifications from certified DBE firms interested in providing roadway construction services related to Material Sampling and Testing, Batch Plant Inspections and Laboratory Services in Caltrans District 3. Scope of work, as provided in the Caltrans RFQ #03A3029. RFQ may be provided upon request. This RFQ shall not obligate Blackburn Consulting to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
Technicians must have Caltrans JTCP Training. Labs must be AAASHTO, AMRL and CCRL certified.
