Is seeking qualified DVBEs

Work will include but not limited to the following:
Demolition and abatement of the interior of the building, including walls, wall finishes, flooring, ceiling systems, electrical systems including light fixtures; and at the above ceiling spaces, of any abandoned piping, within the Area of Work shown.

Construction of new interior spaces as shown, including wall partitions, paint, and other interior finishes; an exposed ceiling and all associated electrical system, low voltage system, and fire alarm system etc.,
necessary to obtain occupancy.

Engineers Estimate: $1,001,000.00

We are an equal opportunity employer. The plans and specs are available for your review at our office. Payment and/or Performance Bonds may be required from a G&S approved surety. G&S will pay up to 1 - 1/2% bond premium. Worker's Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required as well as General Aggregate limit per project w/primary wording, to which should be part of your bid. G&S is signatory to the Carpenter & Laborer Local unions. Subs will be expected to execute a standard G&S subcontract agreement.
