Project Details
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to perform chemical analysis to determine the concentrations of speciated volatile organic compounds (VOC) in sample canisters. Please see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" of the RFP for additional information.
All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using the District's web-based e-Procurement system Public Purchase by 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, November 22, 2019. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
