Removal and Replacement of 4-1/2" Concrete Sidewalk Incl. Reinforcement, Removal and Replacement of 6" Concrete Driveway Incl. Reinforcement, Removal and Replacement of 8" Concrete Pavement Incl. Reinforcement, Removal and Replacement of Up to 2" Hot-Mix Asphalt Concrete (Type D), Including Tack Coat, Removal and Replacement of Semi-Rigid Base (or Approved Alternative), Saw Joint (Not with Jack Hammer) of Concrete/Asphalt Pavement, All Depths as Needed, Flagmen for Traffic Control (Uniformed Peace Officer), Certified Flagmen for Traffic Control (Not a Peace Officer), Install Traffic Loop Detector (Concrete and Asphalt Surface), Adjust/Reset Manhole with New Frame and Cover Up to One Foot, Adjust/Reset Manhole with Existing Frame and Cover Up to One Foot, Asphalt Overlay 2" HMAC, with Tack Coat, Trench Safety System All Types of Soil, Over 5' Depth and Up to 15" Depth, Cement Stabilized Sand Backfill (1.64 Tons/C.Y.), Removal and Replacement of Concrete Curb and Gutter, Reinforced Colored Concrete Curb Ramps with Truncated Domes, Obstruction Removal by Excavation, All Sizes, Up to 10' Depth, Obstruction Removal by Excavation, All Sizes, Over 10' Depth, Obstruction Removal by Remote Method (Set-up for each Manhole Section), All Sizes, All Depths, Reconnect Service Connection by Excavation Including Stack to Liner, Complete, All Sizes, Up to 10' Depth.
