The project consists of providing traffic control and water pollution control work; removing and replacing existing concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, constructing new driveways, driveway/walkway conforms, pedestrian ramps/bulb-outs; new pavement markings and striping, installing bio-retention areas/storm water treatment planters; installing new drop inlets, manholes/pipes; installing new street lights; installing bike lane with buffer; installing sharrows; installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB).

We are seeking quotes for the following items from subcontractors/suppliers: construction survey, striping and signage, traffic control, saw cutting, SWPPP, slurry seal, lumber, trucking, sweepers, landscaper, underground, asphalt, base rock, dumping of PCC/AC/Dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
