Project Details
Project Scope: clearing and grubbing, installation of ADA curb ramps, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, traffic signal modifications, slurry seal, traffic striping, bike signal detection, drainage construction, street lighting, and doing all other work specified on the plans and in the specifications.
Work/ Supply Needed: tree removal, hot mix asphalt, slurry seal, street lighting, electrical, striping and signs, landscaping, traffic control, trucking
We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. All interested subcontractors must have a valid Contractor's State License and DIR number.
