Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs

Sanco Pipelines, Inc. is seeking proposals for the above referenced project from (but not limited to) Paving, traffic control, trucking, sawcutting, striping, SWPPP, Cathodic Protection, Aggregates, Shoring, Fencing subcontractors as well as material suppliers who are certified as a DBE/MBE/WBE.

Project consists of constructing approx. 5 miles o f 8-inch to 12-inch DIP and polyvinyl chloride recycled water and potable water pipelines in paved and non-paved roadways and easements, connecting to existing pipelines, pipeline valve and appurtenances, auger bore trenchless roadway crossing, pressure reducing stations and roadway paving.

Project is funded by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Prop 1. Bids must comply with all requirement associated with these funding sources: USEPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise compliance and American Iron and Steel.
Bonds my be required, Please include bonding rates with your proposals. Project is a prevailing wage public works job, all proposals must be in compliance with rates as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the provisions of Davis-Bacon.
