Scope of Work: General School modernization and reconstruction of an existing kitchen and serving area to create a Culinary Arts facility which will include ADA and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades. Work shall also include but not limited to demolition and some hazardous materials abatement of the existing kitchen, new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services, kitchen equipment procurement and installation, material finishes in compliance with health department requirements, fire alarm and fire protection systems, ADA upgrades and path of travel.
