Location: 5610-5614 Imperial Highway, South Gate, CA 90280
Construction of a four story, Type V, 60-unit affordable residential apartment building on an approximate 55,600 square foot site with parking at grade for 61 vehicles.

Bids must be received by Wednesday, November 27, 2019, for the following trades:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc. Walton Construction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to and encourages the participation of Local, Section 3, DVBE subcontractors/suppliers on the Villas at South Gate project.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Villas at South Gate project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and DVBE certification. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).
