Scope of Work:
1. HVAC systems for Buildings C, D, and F
2. HVAC systems outside Buildings C and D
3. Floor replacement for Buildings C and F
4. Floor replacement for Multi Purpose Room, Choral Room, and Band Room in Building D
5. Roof for Office Building C
6. Planter, paving, and downspout pipe for courtyard
7. Mechanical units and roof shingles in Building D
8. Caseworks for Building F
9. Exposed 2x ceiling deck on covered walkway
10. Tinted film system in Buildings C, D, and F
11. Replace glazing in Buildings A, B, C, D, and F
12. Paint all interior and exterior finishes for Buildings, C, D, and F
13. Alternate 1 - Skylight and associated roof work in Building D

All trades are requested. Work also includes but not limited to concrete, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, visual display boards, identifying devices, fire protection specialties, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm system, and exterior improvements.

This project is subject to state prevailing wage requirements.

This project is subject to DVBE requirements. MBE/WBE/ and DBE subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to bid this project.

Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner. The application for prequalification must be submitted to the Owner by the date specified in the application. The prequalification application may be obtained from the Owner.
