Is seeking qualified MBEs, WBEs, HUD Section 3

W are seeking quotes from MBE, WBE and HUD Section 3 Business for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, framing, drywall.

The project has a goal of 18% for MBE participation and 4% for WBE participation.


Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to the following:
1. Fill-in existing swimming pool cavity per L.A. City STD P/BC 2014-111
2. Construct 2 new ADA compliant toilet rooms
3. Construct new Janitor's Closet
4. Construct 2 New Offices
5. Fur out existing CMU Interior walls
6. Add New insulation at Exterior CMU Walls
7. Add new Finishes to: new walls, ceiling and floor covering
8. Re-stripe parking area to include 2 ADA parking stalls (see sheet A2 for scope)
9. Move existing fence and Entry Gate as shown on A2
10. Remove shrubs along existing fence and fill abandon areas with asphalt to match adjacent paving
11. Provide improvements per Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Drawings. Obtain Permits for same
