Project Scope: includes construction of curb, gutter, bifurcated sidewalk, bicycle lanes, ADA ramps, signing and traffic striping, and planted raised medians in accordance with the Folsom Boulevard Specific Plan. The project includes installation of storm drain pipes, manholes and inlets; and traffic signals and lighting improvements.

Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, construction staking, hydroseed, striping & signs, AC pavement, tree removal, micro-surfacing, landscaping, electrical, trucking

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's license with a classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
