TRADES: Survey, Final Clean, Barricades, Demo, Abatement, Earthwork, Erosion Control, Caissons, Paving, Striping, Site Concrete, Wet and Dry Utilities, Methane., Fencing, Landscape, Rebar, Conc, Struct Steel, Mtl Deck, Counters, Millwork, Waterproof, Insulation, Fireproofing, Firestopping, Roofing, SM, Sealants, Door/Hdwe, Windows, Mirrors, L/P, D/W, Paint, Toilet Part/Access, Signage, Fire Ext/Cabs, Turnstile Gates, Pkg Control, Solar, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Electrical, Security, V/D, Traffic Signal and Temp Power

SCOPE: The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to:
Continental General Office Bldg Demo; Construction of Secured Area Access Post;
and Misc. Utilities. Project is phased over 3 Years.
