Preston Pipelines, Inc. is soliciting quotations from, but not limited to, certified Local Business Enterprises (LBE) Subcontractors and Suppliers, for the Mission Rock Horizontal Development: Phase 1 Project, for the following scopes of work: Traffic Control, Aggregate Suppliers, Sawcutting, Trucking, Street Sweeping, Paving, Sewer Bypass Pumping, Water & Sewer Pipe Suppliers, Potholing and SWPPP.

Plans and specifications are available for review in our Milpitas office or provided digitally via email request.

Preston Pipelines, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and signatory to the Laborers and Operating Engineers Unions. Subcontractors must be signatory to these unions or be willing to sign a one job agreement. Subcontractors/Suppliers must possess current insurance meeting Preston Pipelines' and the Owner's requirements, as stated in the project specifications, and maintain this coverage for the life of the project. Subcontractors/Suppliers will be required to sign Preston Pipelines' Standard Subcontractor Agreement or Purchase Order. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner.
