D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

Work under this contract includes all operations required to complete the installation of BG Lower Reservoir Boat Barrier Anchors including, but not limited to the following:

1. Provide all labor and materials required for the installation three (3) concrete block anchors including, but not limited to, forming materials, steel reinforcement, reinforcement accessories and concrete materials.
2. Mobilization: Construction project planning, submittals, construction equipment delivery and setup, safety requirements, and setup of temporary facilities and services.
3. North Shore Anchor: Anchor size is 8'-0" x 8'-0", with an average height of 3'-6". See detail on drawings. Anchor to be pinned in place using 4 - 2" rebar driven in to refusal or 10'. Compressive strength to be minimum 4,350 psi @ 28 days. Air content: 5% - 8% by volume. Slump: 4" - 6". Aggregate to meet ASTM C33 (100% passing 1"). High early strength cement permitted. Rebar to be minimum 60,000 psi. Steel reinforcement to be #6 rebar at 12" on center, on each face. 3" minimum concrete cover. All steel to be 100% tied.
4. Mooring Anchor: Anchor size is 6'-6" x 6'-6"x 6'-6". See detail on drawings. Compressive strength to be minimum 4,350 psi @ 28 days. Air content: 5% - 8% by volume. Slump: 4" - 6". Aggregate to meet ASTM C33 (100% passing 1"). High early strength cement permitted. Rebar to be minimum 60,000 psi. Steel reinforcement to be #6 rebar at 12" on center, on each face. 3" minimum concrete cover. All steel to be 100% tied.
5. South Shore Anchor: Anchor size is 6'-0" x 6'-0"x 6'-0". See detail on drawings. Compressive strength to be minimum 4,350 psi @ 28 days. Air content: 5% - 8% by volume. Slump: 4" - 6". 6. Demobilization and Closeout: Remove and properly dispose of all construction debris. Restore all disturbed areas and damaged facilities to preconstruction condition. Remove all Contractor materials and equipment from the site. Complete all punch list work. Provide as-built markups on the drawings provided.
