Your Contractor's License # and DBE Certification must be provided with your quote. All subcontractors will be required to sign a standard-form Halmar Subcontract and comply with our insurance requirements. Copies of plans and specifications may be downloaded from our ISQFT Website or the Caltrans Contracts website.
