Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Oakwood Beach WWTP Dechlorination facility, Staten Island, NY. This contract has a combined goal of 20% MBE and WBE participation. This contract includes a PLA. The project bids on October 3, 2019. Please provide your detailed scope of work and Final Quote by 12:00 on October 1, 2019

The work under this contract include all structures and equipment required for the construction of a new dichlorination facility. The following is a general description of work under this contract only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed. Principal items of work: Construction of New Dechlorination Building, demolition of existing pavement, excavation for the new building, foundation, piles, paving and site restoration, providing site utility piping(potable water, stormwater , floor drains, electricity, etc.), Furnishing and installing two(2) nominal 2, 056 gallon one(1) Nominal 264 gallon single wall sodium bisulfite storage tanks, and spill containment area, furnishing installing, testing and placing into satisfactory operation a sodium bisulfite transfer/feed system, construction of a truck chemical receiving station, furnishing and installing heating and ventilation system, and air conditioning system, furnishing and installing the fire protection system, furnishing and installing two(2) sodium bisulfite chemical induction units with access platforms and supports, one per CCT and two(2) spares, demolition of center wall in the final pass of the landside CCT, installation of baffles in each CCT, installation of five (5) Total residual Chlorine (TRC) probes and supports, installation of level indicating sensor in each CCT to monitor level over the influent weir and re-wiring of existing controls for the chlorination system.
