The requisite scopes of work include: Historic Preservationist, MPT, Sitework & Demo, Concrete, Masonry & Masonry Restoration, Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Fireproofing, Doors & Hardware (Supply Only), Painting, Rodent Control, Janitorial/Cleaning, Quality, Safety, Photography, Scheduler, and Engineer's Equipment & Office Services.
