Project Details
BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting the bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Rocklin Academy-Modular Buildings Additions Increments 2 & 3.
This project will include the construction of a new, 8,230 SF Multipurpose building; site work and utilities for 11,400 SF of new Modular Classroom Buildings (provided and set by others); associated utilities, flatwork, and landscaping; and alterations to 3,840 SF of existing Classroom/Administrative spaces.
The project consists of grading, fencing, plumbing, landscape, and irrigation, painting, paving, civil, electrical, framing, and other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete and operational project.
The project area is located in Rocklin, at 6530 Turnstone Way, Rocklin, CA 95765
