Project Description: The project is to construct approximately 256 LF of roadway and approximately 205 LF of Soldier Pile Wall.

Piazza Construction is seeking the use of subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: pile drilling, steel piles and rebar, lagging, WPCP, construction area signs, erosion control, drain inlets, strom drain pipe, and trucking.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the Contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, on an occurrence basis, with a minimum limit of not less than ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage for any one occurrence and a ($2,000,000) annual project aggregate.
