Scope of Work: Furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for clearing and grubbing, pavement grinding and removal, tree removal, roadway excavation, installation of curb gutter & sidewalk, installation of drainage pipes, manholes & inlets, slurry seal, aggregate base and asphalt pavement, traffic striping, street lighting, landscaping and other incidental work.

Work/ Supply Needed: Hydroseed, fencing, landscaping, asphalt concrete type A, slurry seal type 2, drainage & utilities, thermoplastic striping & signs, electrical, trucking, traffic control

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's License with a classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of bid.
