Michels Corporation is seeking DBE/MBE/WBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for WLSSD, Duluth, MN "Miscellaneous Interceptor Rehabilitation (Phase 2)", Bid No. 1391. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Traffic Control, Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & CCTV Inspection, Bypass Pumping, Excavation, Construction Survey, Sediment & Erosion Control, Landscape Restoration, Paved Area Restoration, Grouting, and all applicable items not listed.
